Before making the
decision to install or service a home standby power generator, many of our
customers have had questions.
We have compiled a list of some
of their most common queries in hopes that our future clients can learn
more about our services with ease.
1. I'm thinking about installing a generator at
my home/place of business. What can Anderson York do for
me?
Anderson York offers "turnkey"
generator installations. This means that from the moment you
contract Anderson York to complete your generator installation, everything from permits to
paperwork is handled by our staff. Want to be a little more
involved? No problem.
We're here to answer any
question your may have at any stage of your generator installation.
2. I don't have natural gas or liquid propane service on
my property. Can I still use a generator?
Yes! One very common facet
of our generator installations is the induction of either a buried liquid
propane tank, or where permissible, a surface tank. We adhere to
all county and state building codes concerning the proximity of these
tanks to buildings, well heads,
points of combustion, and property
setbacks ensuring both the lawfulness and safety of your liquid propane
service installation.
3. Is Anderson York licensed/certified?
Anderson York is a Generac Power
Systems factory-licensed provider of Sales, Service, and Warranty repair.
Each of our sales and service team members must successfully
complete a rigorous Generac certification program guaranteeing their
complete competence in dealing
with the entire Generac line of
home standby power generators. Additionally, Anderson York retains
Florida state licensed electrical contractors who oversee every generator
installation.
4. Why should I choose Anderson York to perform my generator
installation/service/repair?
Quality: Simply put, our track record speaks for itself. With
over 10 years in the generator business and thousands of satisfied
customers, Anderson York has made a name
for itself in Southwest Florida. Visit our testimonials page for proof.
Pricing: Anderson York will not be undersold by an equally-licensed
firm on any scope of work.
Assurance: As a Generac
factory-licensed provider or service and warranty repair, we are qualified
to work on your Generac generator. Hiring an unlicensed or otherwise unqualified
technician to service your generator will void your factory warranty.
